2. Questionnaire:
All parties will be asked to fill in an initial assessment questionnaire.
Other relevant questions may also be asked to make sure clients are getting the right support from IMS.
3. Phone Calls:
Both parties will receive an initial phone call with Islamic Marriage Solutions based on the information that was given in the initial assessment questionnaire – this phone call will be approximately 60 minutes each.
4. Mediation sessions:
Both Islamic Marriage Solutions and clients will decide if mediation is needed and how many are required. At this stage we may also conclude the mediation with a summary before clients can move on.

Mediation procedure:
1. A free 25 mins call. Thereafter, there will be a charge of £30 for any further communication.
2. A contract will be sent to be agreed and signed once you wish to use the services.
3. An invoice [upfront fee] of £180 will be charged. [Non-refundable].
4. A call will be arranged [max 1hr to both parties separately if applicable]. A guideline will be sent as to what will be discussed.
5. A three-way call may be arranged if applicable.
6. Khula' application procedure will proceed, and both parties will be contacted.
7. Upon conclusion of a Khula' application, agreed upon by both parties; a second payment of £180 will be charged to the applicant.
