Mediation - STEP BY STEP GUIDE

1. Introductory call:

2. Questionnaire:

All parties will be asked to fill in an initial assessment questionnaire.

*other relevant questions may also be asked to make sure clients are getting the right support from IMS

3. Phone Calls:

Both parties will receive an initial phone call with Islamic Marriage Solutions based on the information that was given in the initial assessment – this phone call will be approximately 60 mins.

4. Mediation sessions:

Both Islamic Marriage Solutions and clients will decide if mediation is needed and how many are required. At this stage we may also conclude the mediation with a summary before clients can move on.
